Cause

Proxy settings might be set incorrectly.

Answer
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Make sure that Xtreme is started. Also, check to make sure that the proxy settings are set correctly to go through Xtreme. Make sure you have entered the correct URL address. If you are sure that the address is correct, please contact the Xtreme Technical Support group.
