I can't connect using the Xtreme Software , but I can connect with just a regular dial up.

Symptom

Xtreme will not connect.

Cause

Possible dial-up settings set incorrectly.

Make sure all the dial-up settings are correctly entered. If the dial-up works with Xtreme shut down, then it would seem to be an issue with Artera. Again, the first thing to check is the proxy settings. Make sure they are set to go through Xtreme. Also make sure you have your line 1 set up to the correct dial-up account that you are trying to use. It should not be set to (None). If you are unsure of the correct settings, contact your local ISP, and they can assist you in checking your dial-up configuration.
