Convert Your Trial Copy

Select the customer's member company and click: Convert your trial version of Xtreme by following this link

 Enter the Serial Number and Key Code and click the Submit button.

 

 

Reinstall Xtreme

 

Using Xtreme with Internet Explorer 7

 

If a customer is using Internet Explorer 7 (beta version) and Xtreme is getting the error "the parameter is incorrect," or similar errors, use this fix.  When IE7 is no longer in beta testing this problem should be resolved (possibly with an Xtreme update).

 

  1. Have the customer Exit Turbo and close their browser. Make sure it is closed before overlaying the new file.
  2. Download the fix for this issue.
  3. Go to My Computer and then click on the C: drive.
  4. Click on Program Files.
  5. Click on the folder Xtreme_Setup.
  6. Have the customer copy the file ARTERAUI.EXE into the Xtreme_Setup folder. It will ask if you would like to overlay it.
  7. Click on Yes.
  8. Start Xtreme again and they should be all set.

 

 

Xtreme Email Compression

 

If a customer is having email trouble while Xtreme is running it may be caused by the Compress Email option in Xtreme.
