The Town of Blanca is a statutory municipality governed by a Mayor and Board of Trustees. The Mayor and the six Trustees are elected for four year terms, but the terms of the Trustees are staggered so that half are elected every two years. The Board meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM at Town Hall. |
