6.4.1 Calling Card Usage Charges

b. Per Call Charges
Interstate and Intrastate Calling Card Customer Dialed Surcharges:

Pay Phone Surcharge: $0.60
c. Billing Increments - Usage is billed in one (1) minute increments and rounded
up to next full minute.

6.5.1 Usage Charges

b. Per Call Charges
800 Station Customer Dialed Surcharges
Pay Phone Surcharge: $0.35
c. Billing Increments - Usage is billed in one (1) minute increments and rounded
up to next full minute.
6.5.2 Feature Charges
Feature Charges are determined by the specific
features requested by the Company's 800 Customer. These charges are in addition
to 800 usage charges and are not subject to discounting unless specifically
indicated.

6.6 TYPES OF OFFERINGS - INTERNATIONAL
International Message Telecommunications Service is available as additional
service at the rates listed in Section 5, through subscription to any of the
Interstate Telecommunications service offerings available from the Company:
Direct Dialed IMTS; 800 IMTS; and Calling Card IMTS, as applicable.
6.6.1 Determination of Duration
a. Chargeable time begins when the connection is established between the
calling station and the desired telephone, attendant board, or private branch
exchange console.
b. Chargeable time ends when the connection is terminated.
c. Chargeable time does not include the time lost because of faults or
defects in the service.
6.6.2 Calculation of Billable Time
a. Direct Dialed IMTS Service
Usage is billed in sixty (60) second increments. Billing is also rounded in sixty (60) second increments, with the remaining seconds, if any, rounded up to the next sixty (60) second increment and billed at the additional sixty (60) second rate.
b. IMTS 800 Service
Usage is billed in one (1) minute increments and rounded up to next full minute.
c. IMTS Calling Card Service
Usage is billed in one (1) minute increments and rounded up to next full minute.
